TOJIRO's flagship. The blade with its VG-10 steel core and 13 Chrome stainless steel outer layer offers professional sharpness and easy maintenance. The reinforced laminated handle is very durable and hard, difficult to deform and resistant to the passage of time. The steel bak is very hygienic and prevents stains and dirt from accumulating at the base of the blade.
